Manuscripts
The
Public Records are transferred from Imphal Municipality Town Fund,
Manipur Secretariat Records and Literary, D.C. Office Ukhrul etc.
Semi Public Records are collected from India Office Library, Condon
(Microfilm Roll), National Archives of India, New Delhi, Bihar State
Archives, West Bengal State Archives, Writer’s Building Calcutta,
Asiatic Society Calcutta, N. Khelchandra Singh Manuscruipt Literary
Uripok, Assam State Archives etc. The Private Papers are collected
from the families and relatives of Late Shri Ng. Mohendro Singh
Ex-MP, Late R.K. Sanahal Singh, 1st SDO in Manipur, Late
N. Ibomcha Singh, Ex-MCA, Loitongbram Iboyaima Singh, Ex-Editor,
Janata Newspaper, Late M. Koireng Singh, Freedom Fighter and
Ex-Chief Minister, Late H. Nertunchandra Sharma etc. The Rare
Manuscripts are collected from private custodians like M. Narendra
Khongman, Kh. Chandrasekhar Singh Uripok Naoremthong, N. Manipio
Singh Palace Compound, B. Kullachandra Sharma, Brahmapur Thangapat
Mapal, S. Kondumba, Sallungpham, N. Ibochouba Singh, Haobam Marak
(Second Pandit of Manipur Pandit Loishang, Ng. Kulachandra Singh,
Akham (Head pandit, Manipur Pandit Loishang, M. Gourachandra Sigh,
Kakching (Director Peo ple’s Museum, Kakching), N. Khelchandra
Singh Uripok, L. Bobo Singh, Yairipok Kekru, P. Punshi, Yairipok
Kekru etc.
